Ms. Goodly leads TCW’s Emerging Markets/Global Portfolio Specialist team, whose core activities include communicating investment strategies, performance and outlook, in addition to business development and product marketing. In this role, Ms. Goodly serves as the primary liaison between TCW's Emerging Markets/Global investment teams and TCW's client relations and marketing professionals. Prior to joining TCW in 2013, Ms. Goodly spent eleven years at Morgan Stanley, in various roles spanning Fixed Income Strategy, Leveraged Finance and Emerging Markets Institutional Sales. Ms. Goodly is the co- chair of Diversity and Inclusion for Women in Institutional Investments Network (WIIIN) and was shortlisted for “Ally of the Year” for the Women in Asset Management Awards. She is also a member of the Los Angeles Leadership Committee for 50/50 Women on Boards and serves on the Advisory Board of Moving the Needle. Ms. Goodly graduated with a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Mr. Antin is Head of TCW’s Sovereign Research team and works closely with all of the emerging markets and international investment strategies at TCW. Before joining TCW in 2000, he spent the prior seven years with the G7 Group, Inc., an international political economy consultancy in Washington, DC. As Managing Director of G7, Mr. Antin directed the firm's European and Latin American analysis and advised institutional investors and global macro hedge funds on economic and political risk. Mr. Antin also served as a speechwriter for Robert E. Rubin, then the co-Chairman of Goldman Sachs and subsequently Treasury Secretary of the United States. He also worked as a congressional aide to a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Mr. Antin holds an MA in Government from The Johns Hopkins University and graduated cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) with a BA in Political Science.

Mr. Rowley is a Sovereign Research Analyst for the TCW Emerging Markets Group. He joined TCW’s Sovereign Research team in 1995, and then returned to TCW in 2008 after nearly two years as Senior Asia Analyst at Pantera Capital Management, L.P., a global macro hedge fund based in San Francisco. As a member of Pantera’s investment committee, Mr. Rowley developed top-down investment themes in Asian equities, fixed income and foreign exchange. He was also responsible for generating specific trade ideas and execution strategies, based on interpretations of economic data and market conditions. Before Pantera Capital, Mr. Rowley was Managing Director in TCW’s Global Research Department. Mr. Rowley graduated from Brigham Young University, where he received a BA in Japanese with an emphasis in Economics. He also studied at Sophia University in Tokyo while on scholarship from Japan’s Ministry of Education.
